航空弧齿锥齿轮齿面的双三次NURBS曲面拟合

摘要 根据航空发动机中关键的弧齿锥齿轮齿面的高效数字化设计与检测需求,参照格里森公司弧齿锥齿轮的齿面测量标准,用双三次NURBS对样点拟合得到拟合数值齿面,并确定了拟合边界条件的求解及修正,最后讨论了拟合误差的求法。在Gleason公司专用Mahr齿面检测机上检测了一对弧齿锥齿轮的齿面坐标,根据实测齿面坐标,把数值齿面与实测齿面坐标进行对比,验证了该方法的精确性及可行性,得到了适用于实测弧齿锥齿轮齿面的数字化建模及仿真的数字化齿面。 According to the high efficiency digital design and measuring requirement of the key spiral bevel gear in aero engine,consult with the Gleason’s measure criterion of the spiral bevel gear,we get the fitted gear face by using NURBS,and the way to determine the boundary condition of the fitting and it’s modification is defined,in the end,we give a method to get the error of the fitting.We also get the real coordinate of a pair of spiral bevel gears by using the Gleason’s professional gear test machine-Marhr,according to the real coordinates we had,we get the fitted gear face using the proposed method and compared it with the real point on the gears.The practical example demonstrated the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed solution,and get the digital gear face which suit to numerical modeling and simulation of the spiral bevel gears that have already been made.
