摘要
根据教育部深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的精神,结合多年教学及指导大学生科技创新活动的实践经验,依托黑龙江科技大学生科技创新实践基地、电子科技协会、嵌入式协会等团体,研究和构建能够贯穿大学生四年学习生活、实现多方面技能训练、以老带新、良性循环的电类专业科技创新人才的全程化、立体式的培养教育体系,该体系可以为大学生创新能力培养模式的探索提供一定的参考。
According to the spirit of deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities by the Ministry of Education,combining years of practical experience in teaching and guiding scientific and technological innovation activities of College students,relying on Students'Scientific and Technological Innovation Practice Base,Electronic Science and Technology Association,Embedded Association and other groups in Heilongjiang Science and Technology University,the full-process stereoscopic training and education system of scientific and technological innovative talents for electrical specialty is researched and constructed.By doing this,we aim to achieve multi-faceted skills training and a virtuous circle for four-year study college students.The system can provide some reference for exploring the training mode of College Students'innovative ability.
