摘要
利用金属材料热处理理论基础,根据不同矿石成分进行金属液相线计算,实现冶金控制温度的优化;控制金属材料自由能变化,改善冶金凝固顺序,优化冶金控制过程,完成了基于金属材料热处理的冶金技术控制性能研究,实验数据表明,提出的冶金技术控制有效性较常规冶金技术提高13.34%,适合不同冶金企业的冶金技术控制。
Based on the theory of heat treatment of metal materials, the liquidus of metal is calculated according to different ore components to optimize the temperature of metallurgical control, control the change of free energy of metal materials, improve the order of metallurgical solidification, optimize the metallurgical control process, and complete the research of metallurgical technology control performance based on heat treatment of metal materials. The experimental data show that the proposed metallurgical technology control. Compared with conventional metallurgical technology, the system efficiency is improved by 13.34%, which is suitable for metallurgical technology control of different metallurgical enterprises.
