摘要
超高强铝合金一开始发展并不顺利,在抗应力腐蚀和缺口敏感上存在问题,但是随着科技水平的进步,存在的问题被解决了,如今超高强铝合金已经被广泛作用于军事、航天航空等领域,其密度小、强度高、耐腐蚀性好等性能使它成为重工业中的不可或缺的材料,备受社会大众的关注。近些年来,对超高强铝合金的研究又更近了一步,优化合金的成分设计、提高纯度、发展新的热处理制度等,我国在超高强铝合金热后处理工艺方面的研究起步较晚,企业的研究方向大多跟内部生产的产品有关,这就导致超高强铝合金发展不全面,优势无法凸显。本文通过进一步了解超高强铝合金,对其热处理工艺进行研究,希望能够提出一些建设性意见供大众参考。
Ultra-high strength aluminium alloys did not develop smoothly at first, and there were some problems in stress corrosion resistance and notch sensitivity. However, with the progress of science and technology, the problems were solved. Nowadays, Ultra-high strength aluminium alloys have been widely used in military, aerospace and aerospace fields. Its low density, high strength and good corrosion resistance make it indispensable in heavy industry. Material has attracted the attention of the public. In recent years, the research on ultra-high strength aluminium alloys has been a step closer. The research on the hot-treatment process of ultra-high strength aluminium alloys in China started relatively late. The research direction of enterprises is mostly related to the products produced in-house, which leads to the incomplete development of ultra-high strength aluminium alloys and their advantages can not be highlighted. In this paper, through further understanding of ultra-high strength aluminium alloy, its heat treatment process is studied, hoping to be able to put forward some constructive suggestions for public reference.
