关于矿山储量动态监测中年报编制工作的要点和方法

Key Points and Methods for the Compilation of Mid-year Report of Mine Reserve Dynamic Monitoring

笔者从多年的矿山储量年报编制工作的实践出发,根据《关于全面开展矿山储量动态监督管理的通知》(国土资发【2006】87号)和《矿山储量动态管理要求》(国土资发【2008】163号)的相关规定,从储量年报编制必须以测量为基础、以回采率为核心、储量分类和图件规范等方面阐述了储量年报编制工作中的要点和方法,对进一步规范储量年报编制和储量动态管理工作有一定的借鉴意义。

Based on the practice of preparing annual report of mine reserves for many years, the author bases on "Notice on Developing Dynamic Supervision and Management of Mine Reserves in an All-round Way".The key points and methods in the preparation of annual reserves report are elaborated in terms of measurement-based, recovery rate-centered, reserve classification and data specification. The key points and methods for further standardizing the preparation of annual reserves report and the dynamic management of reserves are put forward in accordance with the relevant provisions of Land Resources Development (No. 87, 2006) and Mine Reserve Management Requirements (No. 163, 2008). It can be used for reference.
