摘要
压力容器压力管道对生产效率有很大影响,需要进行全面有效的控制,但压力容器压力管道经常会发生裂纹问题,从而为系统的持续运行埋下安全隐患,对压力容器压力管道进行全面细致的检查,并加强管理工作,可有效解决裂缝问题。基于此,本文结合理论实践,先分析了压力容器压力管道形成裂纹问题,然后阐述了裂纹形成的原因,并提出相应的开展措施。旨在提升压力容器压力管道运行的安全性和稳定性。
Pressure vessel pressure pipeline has a great impact on production efficiency and needs to be controlled comprehensively and effectively, but cracks often occur in pressure vessel pressure pipeline, so as to bury potential safety hazards for the continuous operation of the system, carry out comprehensive and meticulous inspection of pressure vessel pressure pipeline, and strengthen management, which can effectively solve the problem of cracks. Based on this, combined with theory and practice, this paper first analyses the problem of crack formation in pressure vessel pressure pipeline, then expounds the causes of crack formation, and puts forward corresponding measures. The purpose is to improve the safety and stability of pressure vessel and pressure pipeline operation.
