全尾砂充填技术是选择相应料浆充填采空区的新型充填技术,其作业优势包括高效化、安全化、废弃物减少化。文章概述了全尾砂利用立式砂仓制备的过程,并通过实验分析的方式,分析了全尾砂制备工艺,解决全尾砂脱水的技术难题,提高矿山采矿作业效率。

Full tailings filling technology is a new type of filling technology to select corresponding slurry to fill goaf, and its operation advantages include high efficiency, safety and waste reduction. In this paper, the preparation process of full tailings using vertical sand silo is summarized, and the preparation process of full tailings is analyzed by means of experimental analysis, so as to solve the technical problem of full tailings dehydration and improve the mining operation efficiency.
