摘要
在采用火焰法进行金属锂原子吸收分光光度检测时,常常会出现灵敏度差的问题,那么业界人士需要将工作重心转移到如何有效调整火焰法金属锂原子吸收分光光度计的灵敏度问题上。笔者通过调节喷雾器提高雾化质量,此外,通过调整空心阴极灯的位置、电流大小、狭缝宽度以及光束等相对位置,来有效提高金属锂原子吸收分光度计的灵敏度。
When using flame method to detect lithium metal atomic absorption spectrophotometry, poor sensitivity often occurs, so the industry needs to focus on how to effectively adjust the sensitivity of the flame method lithium metal atomic absorption spectrophotometer. In addition, the sensitivity of the lithium metal atomic absorption spectrophotometer can be effectively improved by adjusting the position of the hollow cathode lamp, the current size, the width of the slit and the relative position of the beam.
