摘要
研究了一种新的铁矾渣无害化处理方法:通过“酸浸+水洗”处理使铁矾渣中的主要毒性因子低于危险废物浸出毒性鉴别标准,实现湿法炼锌低污染沉矾铁矾渣的无害化。经过实验研究,确定主要毒性因子,针对性的选用处理方法,并通过实验验证,证明“酸浸+水洗”处理是一种经济有效的铁矾渣无害化处理手段。
A new harmless disposal method of zinc jarosite residue was studied:"acid leaching+water washing"treatment made the main toxic factors in zinc jarosite residue lower than the Identification standard for hazardous wastes-Identification for extraction toxicity,realized the harmless disposal of zinc jarosite residue.The main toxicity factors were determined by experiments,and the treatment methods were selected. The experimental verification showed that "acid leaching+water washing" treatment was an economical and effective method for the innocuous treatment of jarosite residue.
