摘要
本文选取了纯钛带卷,通过不同的表面工艺处理,取样并测试性能和显微组织,分析其差异性和产生这些差异的原因,以便更好地选取产品表面的交货状态,提供最佳的使用性能。研究表明抛丸酸洗处理的表面其抗拉和屈服有所提升、硬度显著增加、延展性和弯曲性能有所降低。
This paper selects pure titanium strip,through different surface treatment,testing and analysising the properties and microstructure of the materials,in order to providing a suitable product surface materials to the customer. The results show that the surface treated by shot blasting acid pickling will obtain a higher tensile strength and a higher yield strength, and the hardness increased significantly ,but the ductility and flexural properties of the materials became lower than before.
