摘要
针对不同尾矿输送管材线膨胀系数不同,分别计算其随外界温度变化所产生的伸缩量;通过对不同的尾矿输送管材温度补偿方式适用性的分析,提出不同管材所适用的温度补偿方式及其注意事项,为今后在尾矿输送管道工程设计中,尤其是在昼夜温差较大地区,做好尾矿输送管道温度补偿提供一定的经验参考。
According to different tailings transport pipe with different linear expansion coefficient,temperature deformations are calculated respectively. With adaptability analysis on the different pipeline temperature compensation types for different tailings transport pipe,the suitable temperature compensation types and matters needing attention are put forward,which are referred for temperature compensation in tailings transport pipe engineering,especially in the larger temperature difference between day and night areas.
