摘要
湖北某难选含泥铜钼硫矿石,浮选铜回收率偏低,为78%左右。为提高铜回收率,经现场试验采用高碱度条件下选矿,回收率提高至84%左右,但是由于大量的使用石灰,影响铜钼无法分离,为了解决这个问题,充分利用资源,进行了小型浮选试验研究。结果表明:在适宜的磨矿细度及最佳的PH值、药剂制度,以及采用高效液体捕收剂HB-455的条件下,闭路试验获得了产率2.59%,铜品位21.49%,铜回收率90.5%的铜精矿;同时节约了大量的石灰、黄药和起泡剂,优化了药剂制度,综合效益能大幅提高。
A refractory copper-molybdenum-sulphur ore containing mud in Hubei Province has a low copper recovery of about 78%. In order to improve the copper recovery rate, the field test used high alkalinity conditions, the recovery rate increased to about 84%, but due to the use of a large number of lime, copper and molybdenum can not be separated. In order to solve this problem, make full use of resources, small-scale flotation experiments were carried out. The results show that under the conditions of suitable grinding fineness, optimum PH value, reagent system and high efficiency liquid collector HB-455, a copper concentrate with yield of 2.59%, copper grade of 21.49% and copper recovery of 90.5% has been obtained by closed circuit test. At the same time, a large amount of lime, xanthate and foaming agent have been saved, reagent system has been optimized, and comprehensive benefit has been greatly improved.
