摘要
常规铜包铝双金属复合材料构件在制造过程,人为因素影响构件加工质量的程度较高,因此提出铜包铝双金属复合材料构件工装的数字化设计。通过搭建铜包铝双金属复合材料构件分析模型,结合数字化设计技术,完成数字化设计。
In the manufacturing process of conventional copper clad aluminium bimetallic composites, human factors have a high degree of influence on the processing quality of components. Therefore, the digital design of tooling for copper clad aluminium bimetallic composites is proposed. By building the analysis model of copper clad aluminium bimetallic composite components and combining with digital design technology, the digital design is completed.
