摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,社会对合金焊接材料的选择以及焊接工艺技术的要求越来越高,不仅能够增加机械设备的可靠性能,更能有效的提高机械设备的安全性能。基于此,本文以合金焊接材料的选择与焊接工艺技术为研究对象,从5个方面分析了焊接技术对机械设备整体性能的影响以及焊接工艺流程要点,文章总结了常见的焊接工艺流程,为提高机械设备焊接质量提供帮助。
With the rapid development of social economy, the selection of alloy welding materials and the increasing requirements of welding technology are more and more high, which can not only increase the reliability of mechanical equipment, but also improve the safety performance of machinery and equipment more effectively. Based on this, this paper takes the selection of alloy welding materials and welding technology as the research object, analyzes the influence of welding technology on the overall performance of mechanical equipment and the main points of welding process from 5 aspects, and summarizes the common welding process flow, which provides help to improve the welding quality of mechanical equipment.
