摘要
应用型本科院校的办学定位决定着教师队伍建设的基本要求,也是新转型高校发展成败的关键。文章从分析瑞士职教师资严格的准入制度和继续教育制度入手,结合我国教育部转型文件对"双师双能"教师建设要求,地方本科高校要积极优化教师结构,修订制度政策,实施培养工程,推动"双师双能"师资队伍建设。
The orientation of colleges and universities,a key factor for the success of the development of new transformed universities,determines the basic requirements of their faculty training. This paper starts with an analysis of the strict admission system and continued education system of Swiss vocational teachers,and offers suggestions based on the requirements for double qualified teachers in the transformation document issued by the Ministry of Education of PRC. Local application-oriented colleges and universities should actively optimize the structure of teaching faculty,revise regulations and policies,and implement training projects to promote the development of double-qualified teaching faculty.
