摘要
中国地少人多的历史现实造就了对高产农业的定向追求,精耕细作农业体系下种植结构不仅造成了饮食结构的单一化,还导致了严重的健康问题和生态问题。全球化发展进程中的中国经济需要对高产农业做出结构性调整,优质农业既是"非特定化"的人类生命本质展现,也是野生资源利用传统的复返,更是现代农业发展的必然追求。
The fact that China has limited land per capita has created a directional pursuit of high-yield agriculture. The planting structure under the intensive farming system has not only caused the simplification of the diet structure, but also contributed to serious health problems and ecological problems. The Chinese economy in the process of globalization needs to make structural adjustments from high-yield agriculture. High-quality agriculture is not only the “non-specific” nature of human life, but also the return to tradition of wild resources utilization, and the inevitable pursuit of modern agricultural development.
