盐酸帕罗西汀片联合养阴益气中药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症疗效研究

Effects of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets combined with Yangyin Yiqi TCM on SDS,DQOL and TESS score in diabetic patients with depression

目的:分析盐酸帕罗西汀片联合养阴益气中药对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者SDS、DQOL及TESS评分影响。方法:选择80例糖尿病合并抑郁症患者进行研究,根据治疗方法的不同,均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合养阴益气中药进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后血糖情况、SDS、DQOL及TESS评分。结果:治疗后,观察组HbAlc、FBG、2hPBG明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SDS评分、DQOL总分明显低于对照组,治疗2周后和治疗4周后的TESS评分均明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸帕罗西汀片联合养阴益气中药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症,可控制血糖水平,改善抑郁症状,提高生活质量,不良反应小。

Objective:To investigate the effect of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets combined with Yangyin Yiqi TCM on SDS,DQOL and TESS score in pati were ents with diabetes complicated with depression.Methods:A study of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with depression.According to different treatment methods,they were equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi TCM.The blood glucose,SDS,DQOL and TESS scores of the two groups after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the HbAlc,FBG and 2hPBG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the SDS score and DQOL total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the TESS score after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets combined with Yangyin Yiqi TCM in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with depression,can control blood sugar levels,improve depressive symptoms,improve the quality of life,less adverse reactions,can be widely used in clinical.
