摘要
以陕西神木地区的-0.5 mm肥煤为试验样品,以超声波辐照和电化学处理为脱硫手段,在不使用超声处理、电解前进行超声预处理、电解过程中同时超声处理以及电解后进行超声处理4种条件下进行试验,得出将超声波辐照和电化学处理两个过程同时进行可以达到最佳脱硫效果,在这种处理工艺下,以FeCl_3为电解质时,脱硫效果最佳,脱硫率最高可达85.32%.
Taking fat coal(size of-0.5 mm)in Shenmu area of Shaanxi province as test sample,ultrasonic irradiation and electrochemical treatment are used as desulphurization means,experiments were carried out under 4 different conditions,namely,No ultrasonic treatment,Ultrasonic pretreatment before electrolysis,ultrasonic treatment at the same time during electrolysis and ultrasonic treatment after electrolysis.It was concluded that the best desulfurization effect could be achieved by combine both ultrasonic irradiation and electrochemical treatment.Under this treatment process with FeCl 3 as electrolyte,the desulphurization effect is the best,and the highest desulphurization rate can reach 85.32%.
