摘要
在教师教育开放化和大学化的背景下,省属重点综合性大学纷纷设立教育学院,为教育事业培养高质量人才。本研究对我国14所省属重点综合性大学教育学院人才培养目标定位进行调查分析,结果显示:样本院校中大部分教育学院培养规格定位不够清晰,部分教育学院培养类型定位与自身的实际操作和培养实力有偏差,培养层次定位较低且毕业生与市场需求相悖。鉴于当下教育市场现状,省属重点综合性大学教育学院应将其人才培养目标定位于中高端市场,即调整现有本硕学历层次招生的规模和专业类别,进一步提升人才培养层次,从而培养高素质、专业化,复合型、应用型的基础教育师资。
In the context of openness and university-orientation of teacher education,provincial key comprehensive universities have set up educational colleges to train high-quality talents for education.The results of the investigation on the goal orientation of talent cultivation in 14 provincial key comprehensive universities in China show that most educational schools are not clear in the orientation of cultivation specifications,and some educational schools deviate from their actual operation and training strengths in orientating cultivation types,and have problems of lower orientation of cultivation levels and the contradiction between graduates and market demands.In view of the present situation of the education market,the goal of talent cultivation in provincial key comprehensive universities should be positioned at the middle and high-end market,which is to adjust the scale and category of the enrollment major at present undergraduate and master levels,further enhance the level of talent training,and thus cultivate high-quality,professional,composite and applied teachers for basic education.
