农药危害风险及其残留检测用广谱特异性抗体研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 农药残留是威胁农产品质量安全的关键危害因素之一,是农产品质量安全监管工作的重要对象。当前已被开发和投入使用的农药种类纷繁复杂,农药残留检测工作任务多、责任大,因此建立一套可用于农药残留检测用的免疫学快速检测方法一直是广大科研工作者努力探索的目标。本文分门别类梳理农产品中主要农药残留及其危害,探讨国内外抗体创制领域最新热点技术,并就农药残留检测用广谱特异性抗体研发和应用现状进行概述及展望,旨在为指导农药残留快速检测技术的研发提供参考。 Pesticide residue is one of the key risk factors threatening the quality and safety of agricultural products, and it is also the important object of agricultural products quality safety inspection and supervision work. The types of pesticides that have been developed and used in agricultural production are numerous and complicated, the inspection work has many tasks and heavy responsibilities. Therefore, the establishment of a set of rapid immunoassay methods for pesticide residue detection has been the goal of scientific research workers. In this paper, the main types of pesticide residues in agricultural products and the corresponding hazards for people and animals were reviewed, the latest hotspot technologies in the field of antibody preparation at the domestic and foreign were explored, and the development and application of broad-specificity antibodies for pesticide residue detection were summarized and prospected, in order to provide reference for guiding the research and development of the rapid detection technology used in pesticide residue analysis.
