全媒体时代,网络政治谣言表现出传播路径圈群化、传播速度迅猛化、传播话语修饰性等新特征。就其本质而言,网络政治谣言是一种"反主流文化和价值"的存在,它不仅扰乱稳定的政治生态,导致政府公信力的下降,还影响人们对主流核心价值体系的认同。对此,政府应通过加强网民思想政治教育、提升网民政治素养,强化网络监管、依法打击谣言制造者和传播者,及时辟谣、构建政府信息公开长效机制等措施,斩断网络政治谣言传播的链条,消除网络政治谣言的不利影响。

In the age of all media, network political rumors have the characteristics of circle clustering of propagation path, rapidi- ty of propagation and modificativeness of propagation discourse. In essence, network political rumors are the existence of "counter culture and value", which will not only disturb the stable political ecology and lead to the decline of government credibility, but also affect people′s recognition of the mainstream core value system. Therefore, the government should strengthen ideological and political education, improve people′s political literacy, strengthen network supervision, punish rumor propagators, dispel rumors in a timely manner, and build a long-term mechanism for the rational disclosure of government information to implement comprehensive governance, so as to cut off the network chain of political rumors spreading, and eliminate the negative impact of the network political rumors.
