不同生境下马齿苋生理生化特性比较

摘要 [目的]探讨马齿苋的适应性机制,为马齿苋的栽培种植和选育马齿苋的优良品种提供参考。[方法]选取马路边、沙地、田野、菜地、大棚5种生境的马齿苋为材料,比较其在不同生境下生理生化代谢的一些抗性指标。[结果]菜地生长的马齿苋可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶活性均最低,暗示其抗性较弱;而马路边和沙地生长的马齿苋过氧化物酶活性和根系活力显著高于其他生境,暗示其抗性较强;大棚生长的马齿苋理论上抗性最弱,而该研究出现矛盾结果,暗示马齿苋具有很强的适应性。[结论]不同生境的马齿苋可能通过调节自身的生理生化代谢变化以适应外界不同的环境。 [Objective] To study the adaptive mechanism of Portulaca oleracea L.urslane in order to provide reference for cultivation and breeding of Portulaca oleracea L..[Method] Portulaca oleracea L.from roadsides,sandys,field lands,vegetable gardens,greenhouses were selected as materials in the study.Some resistance indexes of physiological and biochemical metabolism in different habitats were compared.[Result]The content of soluble sugar,proline and catalase activity of Portulaca oleracea L.in vegetable gardens were the lowest,suggesting its weak resistance,while peroxidase activity and root vigor of Portulaca oleracea L.in roadsides and sandy lands were significantly higher than that in other habitats,suggesting their strong resistance.The resistance of Portulaca oleracea L. in the greenhouse was the weakest in the theory and the study has contradictory results,suggesting its extensively adaptability.[Conclusion] Portulaca oleracea L.in different habitats might adapt to different external environments by regulating its physiological and biochemical indexes.
