Security Countermeasures of Cultivated Land Resources in Suihua City

通过分析黑龙江省绥化市耕地资源安全现状,找出了导致绥化市耕地资源不安全运行的影响因素,有针对性地提出了保障耕地资源安全的对策:加强对耕地资源安全重要性的深刻认识;将确保耕地资源安全列入绥化市土地利用总体规划中;严格控制对耕地资源安全影响较大的关键因子,特别是要加强耕地资源保障建设和基本农田保护。

Based on the analysis of the safety situation of cultivated land resources in Suihua of Heilongjiang,the factors that affect cultivated land resources safety operation in Suihua were found out.The following targeted countermeasures to ensure the safety of cultivated land resources were put forward:strengthening a deep understanding of the importance of the safety of cultivated land resources;ensure that the safety of cultivated land resources is included in the overall land use planning of Suihua City;strictly control the key factors that have a greater impact on the safety of cultivated land resources, especially to strengthen the construction of cultivated land resource security and the protection of basic farmland.
