牦牛胎盘免疫调节因子对小鼠免疫器官指数及组织结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究牦牛胎盘免疫调节因子对小鼠免疫器官指数和组织结构的影响。[方法]采用冷冻-超滤法制备牦牛胎盘免疫调节因子,用其对免疫抑制小鼠进行腹腔注射,10 d后称重并处死小鼠,剖检取脾脏和胸腺并称重,计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数,同时进行组织切片观察并进行脾脏淋巴细胞计数。[结果]药物组小鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数显著高于对照组和模型组(P<0.05);药物组小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞数目显著高于对照组和模型组(P<0.05);免疫抑制小鼠脾脏和胸腺组织结构均发生明显变化。[结论]牦牛胎盘免疫调节因子可以减轻环磷酰胺所导致的免疫器官损伤。 [Objective] To study the effects of placental immunoregulatory factor of yak on the immune organ index and tissue structure in mice.[Method] The placental immunoregulatory factor of yak was prepared by freeze-ultrafiltration method, and it was used to make intraperitoneal injection of immuno-suppressed mice. After 10 days, mice was weighed and killed, spleen and thymus were collected through anatomy and weighed, and thymus index and spleen index were calculated. Tissue section observation was made and spleen lymphocyte was counted.[Result]The spleen index and thymus index of mice in drug administration group were significantly higher than those of control group and model group (P <0.05). The number of spleen lymphocytes in drug administration group was significantly higher than that in control group and model group ( P <0.05). The tissue structure of spleen and thymus in immuno-suppressed mice obviously changed.[Conclusion] The placental immunoregulatory factor of yak could alleviate immune organ damage caused by cyclophosphamide.
