城乡混杂地区“就地城镇化”路径研究——以汕头为例

The Path of “Local Urbanization” in Mixed Urban and Rural Areas——A Case Study of Shantou City

立足于当前新型城镇化的发展,研究了当前城镇化发展的特征与新型城镇化的要求。针对城乡混杂地区的农村城镇化发展具体问题,探讨新型城镇化背景下城乡混杂地区城镇化创新发展模式。结合汕头这一典型区域的实际情况,研究解决该地区农村人口市民化问题和实现就地城镇化的有效路径。

Based on the current development of new urbanization, the characteristics and the requirements of the new urbanization were studied in this paper. And aiming at the specific problems of urbanization development in mixed urban and rural areas, the innovative development model of urbanization was investigated in the context of new urbanization. Combined with the actual situation of Shantou City, the problem of populationization in the region and the effective path of local urbanization was also studied.
