乡村振兴战略下浙江高职院校学生返乡创业意愿引导机制研究

Research on the Guiding Mechanism of Students’ Willingness to Return to Hometown in Zhejiang Higher Vocational Colleges under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

通过对浙江省高职院校在校学生的问卷调查,分析了高职院校学生返乡创业意愿影响因素,提出了高职院校学生返乡创业意愿引导机制。结果表明:浙江省高职学生家庭对子女创业在精神方面支持度较高,高职学生对政策关注度不够,对政策的感知会明显影响创业意愿;资金、个人经验与能力、家乡的创业项目是影响高职学生创业意愿的主要因素。促进高职学生返乡创业需要政府、社会、学校、企业、金融机构等多元协同科学引导。

Based on the questionnaire survey of students in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, the influencing factors of higher vocational college students’ willingness to return home were analyzed. The guidance mechanism for the return of students in higher vocational colleges to entrepreneurship were put forward.The results showed that the higher vocational students in Zhejiang Province have higher support for their children’s spiritual entrepreneurship, and the higher vocational students were not paying enough attention to the policy,the perception of the policy would obviously affect the entrepreneurial willingness;funds, personal experience and ability, and entrepreneurship projects in their hometowns were the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial willingness of higher vocational students.Promoting the return of higher vocational students to entrepreneurship requires multi-disciplinary scientific guidance from the government, society, schools, enterprises, and financial institutions.
