摘要
随着社会的进步和食品工业的发展,食品加工技术专业精英人才的需求也越来越明显。提出了食品加工技术专业精英人才培养模式,并阐述了该培养模式的设计意义、设计思路、选拔办法、考核办法、保障条件等内容。最后,对实践的经验和不足进行了总结,以期为其他专业精英人才的培养提供参考。
With the progress of society and the development of food industry, the demand for elite talents in food processing technology specialty is becoming more and more obvious. This paper put forward the training model of elite talents in food processing technology specialty, and expounded the design significance, design ideas, selection methods, assessment methods and guarantee conditions of the training mode. Finally, the practical experience and shortcomings were summarized,so as to provide reference for elite talents’ training in other specialties.
