电除尘用复合脉冲电源的设计与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决静电除尘过程中高比阻粉尘产生的反电晕现象,采用了直流基础电压叠加脉冲电压的电路拓扑结构。首先,对于直流基础电压部分,建立了三相交流调压电路及后续的滤波电路,分析了在不同触发角下电路产生的平均值;其次,在脉冲产生部分中,根据数学模型探讨了LCC谐振变换器在不同频率下的工作特性,指出谐振元件参数对电路的影响。最后根据设计要求,采用MATLAB中Simulink模块对整个电路进行了仿真,并与计算的数据对比,具有较高的一致性,验证了设计思想的正确性。 In order to solve the back corona phenomenon caused by high specific resistance dust in electrostatic precipitation process, the circuit topology of DC base voltage superimposed pulse voltage is adopted. Firstly, for the DC base voltage part, a three-phase AC voltage regulator circuit and a subsequent filter circuit are established, and the average values generated by the circuit at different firing angles are analyzed. Secondly, in the pulse generation part, the LCC resonance is discussed according to the mathematical model. Finally, according to the design requirements, the whole circuit is simulated with Simulink module in MATLAB, and compared with the calculated data, it has a high consistency, which verifies the correctness of the design idea.
