摘要 结合作战需求,运用多属性决策的理论,构建情报侦察重点选择的评估体系、评估模型及方法,并进行了示例验证。重点分析了作战指挥决策过程及其内涵规律、情报侦察重点选择的规律和特点、情报侦察目标能力矩阵的内在联系及核心作用。依据分析,形成了较为全面、科学的情报侦察目标的重要度评估体系、模型和方法,为作战指挥员及指挥机关提供了一种定量化的情报侦察重点选择方法。 Integrated with the operational requirements,the multi-attribute decision theory is used,evaluation system,evaluation model and evaluation method for selecting intelligence reconnaissance focus are constructed,and a sample is verified with. This paper analyzes decision-making process about operational command and its connotation,laws and characteristics of selecting intelligence reconnaissance focus,inner link and central role of intelligence reconnaissance object competency matrix. According to the analysis,comprehensive scientific intelligence reconnaissance object important degree evaluation system,model and method are built,which provides a quantificational method of selecting intelligence reconnaissance focus for operational commander and operational command organ authority.
