摘要 轨道线路三大薄弱环节,分别是钢轨接头、道岔和曲线,其中道岔侧向通过和曲线具有一定的相似性。车辆的小曲线通过能力可采用理论计算或仿真分析进行校核,计算指标为车钩摆臂角和极限车间距。两种方法有不同的侧重,所得的结果也不尽相同。为研究两种方法的差异性,对连挂车辆进行理论法和仿真法两方面的计算。基于SIMPACK进行车辆通过小半径曲线能力的研究,建立半径180m的两种不同形式的曲线线路,分析动车组通过曲线的各项动力学指标,并将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较。结论表明S型曲线是连挂车辆通过曲线最困难的工况,关注S型曲线能更准确和快速的评价铁道车辆的曲线通过能力。 Rail joints,turnouts and curves are the three weak links of railway tracks. Passing siding of turnouts and curves have some similarities. The small curve passing capacity of the vehicle can be checked by theoretical calculation or simulation analysis,and the calculation index is the swing angle of the coupler and the limit vehicle spacing. The two methods have different focuses and the results are not the same. In order to study the difference between the two methods,theoretical and simulation calculations are carried out on the connected vehicles. Based on SIMPACK,we study the capacity of the vehicle passing the small radius curve, establish two different types of curve lines with a radius of 180m.,and then analyze various dynamic indexes of the EMUs through the curve. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical results. The result shows that the S-shape curve is the most difficult working condition of the vehicle passing curve. Paying attention to the S-shape curve can more accurately and quickly evaluate the curve passing capacity of the railway vehicle.
