摘要
针对中小型轮式装载机常用的一种车架铰接结构的螺栓连接松动故障,分析了装载机的车架铰接结构的特点,以及装载机在典型Ⅴ型工况中车架铰接结构的受力分析,找出车架铰接结构螺栓松动故障的主要原因是车架下铰接结构在工作中承受了轴向和径向的循环载荷。据此提出一种新型装载机车架铰接结构,该结构使用螺栓和尼龙锁紧螺母连接,因此在受到循环载荷时和预紧力发生变化时不发生松动。该结构已验证有效。
This paper focuses on the connection failure caused by loose bolts on a type of articulated hitch often used in Chinese wheel loader. By analyzing the structure of the articulated hitch and the loads on the articulated hitch during the typical V-type working cycle of wheel loader,the researcher finds that the articulated hitch bears both the axial and radial periodic load,which causes the loose bolts of wheel loader articulated hitch. Then a new structure is developed,with the bolt and nylon locknut used in this wheel loader articulated hitch. Once fastened. it won’t become loose when subjected to periodic load and variable pre-tightening force. The structure has been validated by experiments.
