采用文献资料、录像分析和数理统计等方法,分析了第31届里约奥运会中国女排的夺冠因素,分析了东京奥运周期的中国女排竞争形势与对策。研究发现:团结拼搏永不言弃的竞技状态、出色的身体条件、稳健的技战术发挥、核心队员在攻守两端的发挥出色和教练员的高水平指导等,是中国女排第31届奥运会夺冠的主要因素;在东京奥运周期中,塞尔维亚、意大利和荷兰等国家女排竞技水平不断提升,中国女排需缩短新老队员更替周期,提升网上攻防实力和全队整体进攻水平,以及提高二传位置的组织能力与稳定性等,是中国女排亟待完善的主要问题。

By using the methods of literature ,video analysis and mathematical statistics. this paper analyzes the factors for the Chinese women's volleyball team to win the gold medal in the 31st Rio Olympic Games,and an-alyzes the competition situation and countermeasures of the Chinese women 's volleyball team in the Tokyo 0lympic cycle. The study found that the main factors for the Chinese women's volleyball team to win the gold medal in the 31 st Olympic Games include the unyielding competitive state of unity and hard work, excellent physical condition, steady technical and tactical play, the excellent play of core players at both ends of the of-fensive and defensive line and the high - level guidance of coaches. In the Tokyo Olympic Games cycle, Ser-bia, countries such as Italy and the Netherlands women's volleyball team competitive level, the Chinese women's volleyball team must speed up the old and new players alternate, enhance the level of offensive and defensive strength and the whole team offensive online and position setter and improve the ability of organiza-tion and stability etc.,is the main problem it is necessary to reform the Chinese women’s volleyball team.
