摘要
单筒身管是目前火炮广泛采用的身管,我国单筒身管基于第二强度理论进行设计,要基于其他强度理论设计单筒身管,必须寻求与强度理论匹配的安全系数,确保不同强度理论设计出来的身管壁厚基本一致。文中通过研究给出了适合我国使用的基于第三和第四强度理论的单筒身管设计方法,数值仿真算例证明了方法的有效性。
The single-tube barrel is used widely nowadays. In China the single-tube barrel is designed based on the second strength theory. If the barrel is designed based on other strength theories, the suited safety factors are needed to ensure that barrel’s wall thickness ae the same roughly. This paper proposes the single-tube barrel design methods based on the 3rd and the 4th strength theories which can be used in our country, and the design methods’effectiveness is proved by the numerical simulation example.
