摘要 为了解决菠萝采摘的繁重作业的问题并实现菠萝的机械化采摘,对菠萝的自身特性和种植规律进行了实地调研与数据分析,获取了设计菠萝采摘机的相关数据,进而提出了菠萝收割机的总体设计方案。通过SolidWorks建模,设计了一款菠萝收割机。菠萝收割机由车身、导向机构、推进收割机构等部分组成,操作简单,效率高,具有较高的实用性。 In order to reduce the labor intensity of pineapple picking and realize the mechanized picking of pineapple, the characteristics and planting rules of pineapple are investigated and analyzed. The relevant data of pineapple picking machine is obtained, and the overall design scheme of pineapple harvester is proposed. A pineapple harvester is designed through SolidWorks modeling. The pineapple harvester is composed of a body, a guiding mechanism, a propulsion harvesting mechanism, and has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency, and high practicability.
