摘要
屈曲约束耗能支撑(BRB)是一种支撑和耗能阻尼器合二为一的抗震耗能产品。为保证屈曲约束耗能支撑在拉压两个方向均具有相似的力学性能,除核心单元的切割加工外,另一重要影响因素为无黏结材料的施工质量。屈曲约束耗能支撑在无黏结材料涂刷或包护生产中,因需要来回翻转核心单元,经常导致包护好的无黏结材料出现破损、返工、效率低等情况。为提高生产效率及减少对包护好的无黏结材料的修补,提高成品屈曲约束耗能支撑的质量,研制了一种专门用于屈曲约束耗能支撑无黏结材料包护的工装夹具。
Buckling restrained energy-dissipation brace is a seismic energy-dissipation product that combines a bracelet and an energy -dissipation damper. In order to ensure that buckling restrained energy -dissipation brace has similar mechanical properties in both directions of tension and compression, in addition to the core unit cutting process, another important influencing factor is the construction quality of unbonded material. In the brushing or encapsulation production of the buckling restrained energy-dissipation brace unbonded material, the core unit is turned back and forth, resulting in damage, rework, and inefficiency of the unbonded material. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce the repair of the coated unbonded material and improve the quality of the finished buckling restrained energy-dissipation brace, a fixture for buckling restrained energy-dissipation brace unbonded material is developed.
