摘要
为验证高速列车司机室布置方案的合理性,在JACK软件中建立了第5百分位、50百分位和95百分位中国人体模型,对司机进出座椅行为、司机座椅高度及操纵台下部空间、司机操作可达域、高低信号可视性进行了仿真分析,为高速列车司机室内部设计提供了技术依据。
To verify the layout of the cab of a EMU train, the Chinese manikins with 10, 50 and 95 percentile stature are established using JACK software. The simulations and ergonomic analysis are conducted about the ingress and egress of the cab, the leg space under the instrument panel and the height of the driver seat, the visibility of the forward signals, as well as the reachability of the controls on the instrument panel. The results are analyzed and the design suggestions are given. The simulation and analysis work provide technical basis for the interior design of the EMU train-cab.
