基于STM32的大行程FDM3D打印机控制器设计

摘要 针对目前市场上流行的通用FDM 3D打印机打印精度差、行程短等问题,分析了影响其最终成型精度的因素,并针对材料热胀冷缩效应、打印喷头吐丝宽度以及机械结构运动特性对打印件最终成型精度的影响,在现有3D打印机控制器的基础上增加了空气加热器、多路温度检测接口及双步进电动机加编码器的闭环同步双驱动功能,设计了一套功能更为完善的基于STM32的大行程FDM 3D打印机控制器。经编程调试验证,控制器工作稳定可靠,散热特性良好,能满足通用大行程3D打印机的基本要求。 In view of the poor printing accuracy and short stroke of the popular FDM 3D printers on the market, the factors affecting the final forming precision are analyzed, and the thermal expansion and contraction effect of the material, the width of the printing nozzle and the motion characteristics of the mechanical structure are analyzed. In addition to the existing 3D printer controller, the air heater, multi-channel temperature detection interface and double stepping motor plus encoder closed -loop synchronous dual drive function are added to the existing 3D printer controller, and a set of more feature-complete STM32-based large-stroke FDM 3D printer controller is designed. After programming and debugging, the controller works stably and reliably, and has good heat dissipation characteristics, which can meet the basic requirements of the universal large-stroke 3D printer.
