摘要
起落架因机身宽度和结构布局的限制,主起落架通常采用外八字结构形式,轮胎触台前有一定侧偏角度,传统落震力台摩擦面静置,轮胎与力台之间采用干磨形式,不能真实有效地进行边界条件的参数测量。文中提出一种侧向滑移技术,在起落架触台后沿侧向可进行动态滑移,通过试验对比分析,两种结果差异明显,真实模拟了实际着陆工况,为起落架载荷强度设计提供试验基础。
Due to the limitation of body width and structure layout, the landing-gear usually adopts the external octagon structure for the main landing-gear. There is a certain laterodeviation angle before the tire contact table. The friction surface of the traditional drop test force table is static.The dry friction between the tire and the force table cannot be measured effectively.In this paper, a lateral slip technology is presented, which can make dynamic slippage along the side after landing-gear contact. Through comparative analysis of the experiment, the two results are obviously different, and the actual landing conditions are simulated, providing the test foundation for the load strength design of landing-gear.
