摘要
根据电气柜的减震结构、受迫振动的激励方式,建立力学模型;通过分析其振幅曲线,确定减震结构影响幅值的阻尼、刚度等参数。从阻尼材料损耗值与材料弹性模量、温度之间的关系,结合减震机构的特点,最终选择合适的材料。
According to the vibration damping structure of the electrical cabinet and the excitation mode of forced vibration, the mechanical model is established. By analyzing its amplitude curve, the parameters such as damping and stiffness of the damping structure influence amplitude are determined. From the relationship between the damping material loss value and the material elastic modulus and temperature, combined with the characteristics of the vibration damping mechanism, the final material is selected.
