含缺陷稳压器上封头整体建模及力学分析 被引量:2

摘要 稳压器上封头整体模型结构复杂,特别是含有不符合项后的结构还具有很多不规则因素,有限元分析模型建模困难、计算效率低。文中基于UG以及ANSYS程序,对通过逆向工程生成的含缺陷稳压器上封头整体模型进行了应力及疲劳分析。通过高质量六面体网格划分、间接法瞬态分析以及堆焊层等效换热系数等方法,解决了大规模整体力学分析模型的分析效率低的问题,成功完成了某核电工程含缺陷稳压器上封头结构的不符合项分析工作。 The pressurizer upper head holistic model, especially the structure include defects, is very complex and ruleless. The modeling is difficult and the mechanics analysis computation efficiency is low. The stress and fatigue analysis is performed to the pressurizer upper head which is modeled through reverse engineering. The computation efficiency is improved through considering hexahedral mesh, indirect method transients analysis and cladding equivalent heat transfer coefficient. The defects analysis of pressurizer upper head is finished.
