摘要
通过镶钢导轨试制实验确定了整体工艺流程,对重点工序工序内容和成品件现场检测方式进行分析,积累了相关加工经验,并确定了进一步工艺优化的方向。
The whole process flow is determined through the trial production experiment of inlaid steel guide rails. The contents of key process operations and the on -site inspection methods of finished parts are analyzed. The relevant processing experience is accumulated and the direction of further process optimization is determined.
