摘要
我国在2000年改革大学毕业生分配制度之后,少数民族大学毕业生就业难的问题日益突出,主要是因为少数民族大学生自信心欠缺,就业观念陈旧,求职技能欠缺,以及民族地区吸纳就业能力有限等原因造成的。这需要政府和高校共同努力,制定特殊政策,加强就业指导和帮扶,拓宽就业渠道,提高少数民族大学生的就业率,推动民族地区经济社会发展和维护社会稳定。
After China’s higher education transformation from elite to popularity, the problem of employment for university graduates has become increasingly prominent. Especially after the reform of the university graduates’ distribution system in 2000, the problem of employment for ethnic graduates has become more serious. Upgrading the employment rate of ethnic students is of great significance to promote economic and social development and to maintain social stability in ethnic areas. Governments and universities at all levels must attach great importance to it.
