个性化护理模式在小儿泌尿外科微创手术期的效果分析

Research and analysis on the curative effect of individualized nursing mode in minimally invasive surgery of pediatric urological surgery

目的研究个性化护理模式在小儿泌尿外科微创手术期护理中的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月～2017年12月在我院行泌尿外科微创手术的60例患儿的临床资料,按照随机分配的原则分为研究组和对照组,各30例。其中对照组应用常规护理进行干预,研究组应用个性化护理模式进行干预。比较两组患儿的临床配合情况,术后疼痛程度(FLACC评分)和家属护理满意度。结果研究组患儿护理后的临床总配合率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护理后患儿FLACC评分为明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组干预后患儿家属护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在小儿泌尿外科微创手术期应用个性化护理模式有利于进一步提升患儿的临床总配合率,缓解患儿的疼痛程度,提高家属护理满意度,值得在临床大力推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of individualized nursing mode in nursing of minimally invasive surgery of pediatric urological surgery. Methods Clinical data of 60 children who underwent minimally invasive surgery of urological surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the principle of random distribution,they were divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing for intervention while the study group was given individualized nursing mode for intervention.The clinical cooperation of children, postoperative pain (FLACC score) and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical cooperation rate after nursing of the study group was 86.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).FLACC score after nursing in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members after intervention in the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of individualized nursing mode in minimally invasive surgery of pediatric urological surgery is conducive to further improving the total clinical cooperation rate of the children,alleviating the pain degree of the children and improving the nursing satisfaction of family members,which is worth wide promotion in clinical practice.
