中医护理在肾病综合征激素治疗依从性中的临床观察

Clinical observation on traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in treatment compliance of nephrotic syndrome hormone

目的研究中医护理在肾病综合征激素治疗依从性中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年12月～2018年3月收治的50例肾病综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分实验组、常规组各25例。常规组实施日常护理,实验组以常规组为基础采用中医护理,两组患者生活质量改善情况(社会功能、精神状态、躯体功能与精神健康)与治疗依从性比较。结果实验组患者社会功能(82.35±6.47)、精神状态(85.41±5.53)、躯体功能(84.52±8.48)与精神健康(81.64±5.27)明显优于常规组(70.56±4.32)、(72.36±3.74)、(70.09±7.13)、(70.52±4.38),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组总依从率(96.0%)高于常规组(68.0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对肾病综合征患者采用中医护理能改善预后,显著提高其自身治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量的同时,促进其病情得以早期康复,改善护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treatment compliance of nephrotic syndrome hormone. Methods 50 patients with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to March 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the routine group,with 25 cases in each group.The routine group was given daily nursing while the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine care based on the routine group.The improvement of quality of life (social function,mental state,physical function and mental health) and treatment compliance of patients were compared between two groups. Results Social function (82.35±6.47),mental state (85.41±5.53),physical function (84.52±8.48) and mental health (81.64±5.27) of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the routine group (70.56±4.32),(72.36±3.74),(70.09±7.13) and (70.52±4.38).The differences were statistically significant,(P < 0.05).The total compliance rate (96.0%) in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group (68.0 %),and the difference was statistically significant,(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with nephrotic syndrome,the adoption of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve their treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of patients,promote their early recovery and improve the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
