手术室护理中采用人性化护理模式的效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨手术室护理中采用人性化护理模式的效果评价。方法选择2016年2月~2018年3月在我院手术室进行手术的患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组102例,对照组98例,其中,对照组运用常规护理路径模式,实验组运用人性化护理路径模式。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态及满意度。结果两组患者在干预前SDS和SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后实验组患者的SDS及SAS分别优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者术后肛门排气时间(1.02±0.48)d,低于对照组的(1.98±0.39)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者术后住院时间为(1.54±1.03)d,低于对照组的(2.92±2.22)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者满意度为96.98%显著高于对照组为86.73%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将人性化护理模式运用在手术室护理中,有助于减少患者负性情绪,并提高满意度。 Objective To explore the evaluation on the effect ofapplication of humanized nursing model in operating room nursing. Methods 200 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group (102 cases) and the control group (98 cases).The control group was given routine nursing path model while the experimental group was given humanized nursing path model.The psychological status and satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in SDS and SAS scores before intervention between the two groups (P > 0.05).The SDS and SAS after interventionof the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time in the experimental groupwas (1.02±0.48)d,lower than that in the control group (1.98±0.39)d,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The postoperative hospital stay was (1.54±1.03)d in the experimental group,which was shorter than that in the control group (2.92±2.22)d,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients (96.98%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.73%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of humanized nursing model in operating room care can help to reduce negative emotions and increase satisfaction of patients.
