同理式护理沟通在关节置换手术患者中的价值

The value of empathy nursing communication for patients with joint replacement surgery

目的探究同理式护理沟通在关节置换手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月～2016年6月在我院接受关节置换手术的84例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将两组患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组患者行常规式护理和健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上加入同理式护理沟通人文关怀,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分,对两组患者护理工作的满意度以及出院后生活质量进行比较评测。结果观察组患者住院时间低于对照组患者(P <0.05);对照组SAS和SDS得分均高于观察组得分(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度41例(97.92%)高于对照组32例(76.19%)(P <0.05);观察组患者依从性为92.86%,高于对照组患者的依从性(47.62%)(P <0.05);患者出院6个月后随访结果显示,观察组各项指标显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论同理式护理沟通能够有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑症状,提高患者依从性和护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore value of empathy nursing communication for patients with joint replacement surgery. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,84 cases with joint replacement surgery were selected as the subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and health education.The observation group received empathy nursing communication on the basis nursing of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores between the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction of the nursing care and the post-quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time of patients in observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05);The scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P < 0.05);The nursing satisfaction of 41 cases (97.92%) in the observation group was higher than that of 32 cases (76.19%) in the control group(P < 0.05);The compliance of patients in observation group was 92.86%, higher than that of patients in control group (47.62%)(P < 0.05);Six months after discharge,the follow-up results showed that the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Empathy nursing communication for patients with joint replacement surgery can effectively alleviate depression and anxiety symptoms,improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
