工伤预防参与式培训效果评价

Effect evaluation of participatory training in preventing work injury

目的本文以工伤概述作为出发点,分析了参与式工伤培训的概述,研究了工伤预防参与式培训效果评价。方法首先对工人进行培训,再以问卷调查的方式对参与培训的工人进行调查,对工伤预防参与式培训效果进行分析,提出了以能力建设、现场巡视、小组讨论、知识学习的方式对机械安全、工作岗位、工作环境、化学药品的使用、粉尘环境这几个方面进行培训。结果结果表明,经过参与式工伤预防培训的工人在工伤预防方面的防范意识有所提高(P <0.05)。结论经过工伤预防参与式培训,我们发现培训后,工人的工伤预防意识有所提高,与此同时,工人对该培训方式也十分认可,工伤预防参与式培训的目的在于在不断提升工伤预防效果。

Objective On the basis of work injury summary,to analyze and evaluate the effect of participatory training in preventing work injury. Methods Firstly,the workers were trained,and then the workers who participate in the training were investigated by questionnaires.The effect of participatory training in preventing work injury was analyzed.Mechanical safety,job position,working environment,use of chemicals and dust environment weretrainedby the way of capacity-building,on-site inspection,group discussion and knowledge learning. Results The workers who had participated in the traininghad improved their awareness of work injury prevention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the participatory training in preventing work injury,the workers'awareness of work injury prevention has been improved.At the same time, the workers also recognized the training method.The purpose of the participatory training is to continuously improve the effect of work injury prevention.
