民俗文化在特色小镇建设中的支撑性作用探究——以佛山特色小镇规划建设为例

The Support Effect of Folk Culture on the Construction of Characteristic Town——Illustrated by the Example of Foshan City

特色小镇建设是近年来我国新型城镇化发展的一个热点,在这一过程中,民俗文化应该起到凝聚群体、产业支撑和特色引领等作用,在顶层设计阶段便应提前介入,并贯穿全过程,成为其发展水平评估指数和考评标准。同时,民俗文化在特色小镇建设中的开发和利用要注意调动小镇居民的主体参与性,并避免造俗、媚俗倾向。以佛山为例,佛山民俗文化可以为特色小镇的内涵挖掘提供思路,并进一步融入当地人文和产业景观的塑造中,支持当地产业转型升级,发挥文化支撑性的作用。

In recent years, the construction of characteristic town has become a topical issue in the development of urbanization in China. In this process, folk culture should play a role of cohesion, industry support and characteristic guidance. In the top design stage, it should participate in advance and run through the whole process, and become the assessment index and evaluation standard of its development level. At the same time, it should stimulate the townsfolk’s initiative, and avoid the tendency of making up some custom activities and flattering vulgar. Taking Foshan as an example, Foshan folk culture can provide the way of thinking to explore the connotation of characteristic town, which plays a supporting role in the development of local industrial transformation.
