Design of Storage Transition Scheme for Program Production and Broadcasting in Television Station

为适应广电系统文件化、网络化的发展需求,电视节目制播介质正从传统的磁带向全新的介质(如蓝光、半导体卡、硬盘等)逐步演变。在磁带设备仍在电视台大量使用的情况下,如何能尽量减少当前磁带介质淘汰所带来的影响,是急需我们考虑的问题。在制播介质全面升级之前,须考虑平滑转换过渡方案,把对节目频道的影响以及花费的成本降到最低。

In order to follow the development of documentation and networking in the radio and television system, the TV program storage medium for production and broadcasting has changed greatly, from the traditional tape to the new medium such as blue ray disc, semiconductor card, hard disk and so on. It is an urgent problem that how to reduce the elimination influence of tape, which is still used widely in a TV station. Before a comprehensive upgrade, a smooth transition scheme need be considered, when both the influence and the cost should be reduced to a minimum.
