摘要
本文根据作者所从事的广电覆盖业务需要,针对腔体滤波器的尺寸问题展开研究,从腔体结构着手,研发了一款87~108MHz调频频段使用、功率容量1kW的小型滤波器。该滤波器采用弯曲谐振棒使其围绕中心旋转的方式来减小谐振腔高度,滤波器整体尺寸相比于常规1kW滤波器尺寸减少了近一半,可直接安装于标准机柜内,减少了对机房的占用空间。样机实测指标满足要求,目前已用于调频覆盖工程中。
According to meet the needs of the radio and television business, this paper proposes a novel FM filter whose power capacity is 1kW. It focuses on the size and structure of the cavity. The filter reduces the cavity height with a novel resonator rotating around the center. The overall size of the filter is reduced by nearly a half compared to the conventional filter size. It can be installed directly in a standard cabinet to reduce the occupancy. As the test results meet the requirements, the products have been used in the FM coverage project.
